Lex Hotel NYC

Although I did not have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, I truly believe they are an excellent team. The staff were incredibly understanding and compassionate. Due to a sudden family emergency, they kindly helped me cancel a reservation that was due to start the next day without any charges, even though my booking was non-refundable and not eligible for changes or cancellation. I truly appreciate their kindness and support. Thank you very much.

I was also very pleased with the rooms and the location, both of which were high-quality and reliable (4/5 each). I recently stayed at the Lex Hotel and found it to be a solid choice for my trip. While it may not be a fancy boutique hotel, the location is truly a standout feature. Situated just a short walk from Gramercy Park, it offers easy access to one of the city's charming green spaces. If you're visiting Baruch College, this hotel is particularly convenient, being only a couple of blocks away. This makes it an ideal option for students or families attending events there. The staff at the Lex Hotel were exceptionally nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, and I was impressed with the air conditioning, which worked wonderfully during my visit. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable, no-frills place to stay in a great location, the Lex Hotel is definitely worth considering.

Everything about this place is awesome, location, accessibility, and accommodation. But Steven at the front desk is exceptional! Guy was on point with every aspect of his job. Stay badass dude!!

I just stayed here last week and their service was top notch! I left an item in the room by accident and the hotel was so nice and found it for me and mailed it back to me immediately! Every person I spoke with was so nice and helpful. Also the rooms were quite spacious!

Nice hotel. The room was very clean and had all I needed for a 1-night stay. The staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. Simple breakfast (there’s also free coffee all day upon request) and WiFi are included. They also provide you complementary bottled water (an absolute need after walking around all day in the city). They have cute rooftop too. The location is great, close to restaurants and public transportation (metro is just a few blocks away), yet quiet since is not in the middle of all the “madness”.

Just stayed there for a night. Staff were super nice and helpful. Even checked me in early which eased it for me a lot. Room was very clean with all amenities needed for the night. I will definitely stay there again when needed.
